Dogma
The word 'altar' sounds serious. It sounds like something that belongs in a church. But people have been making small sacred spots in their homes for thousands of years.
Angels are non-denominational. They don't care if you have the 'right' statue or the 'correct' table direction. They care about the feeling you pour into the space. A shelf with a single flower and a rock you love is powerful if you feel the connection when you look at it.

What To Include
The Flame
A candle is a beacon. Lighting it sets the intention: 'Spirit, I am here.'
The Scent
Angels love fragrance. Rose or Patchouli can shift the energy instantly.
The Earth
Crystals (especially points) amplify your prayers. Flowers bring life.
The Symbol
A feather, a statue, or a wing. Something that makes you look at it and say 'Angel'.
The Heart
Photos of loved ones, letters to guides. Make it personal, not perfect.
Living Art
I have altars in the open for gratitude, and hidden altars in my study for specific manifestations. Your space can be public art or a private secret. It can change next week. It is a living thing, just like you.
